Terms of Service

Requirements:
• Payments are done with USD (United States Dollars) currency.
• Payments are done through stripe.com or ko-fi.com, with a credit/debit card.
• I will only use paypal if the transaction fails with the methods above.
• You must be 18 or older to commission me, for both SFW and NSFW artworks.
Commission:
• I have the right to upload the commission in my galleries and social media accounts if it's not a private commission.
• You are not allowed to use any of my art for anything related with artificial intelligence, crypto and/or NFT technologies.
• You can use/post/share the commission in your galleries and/or social media profiles, as long as it’s properly credited and doesn’t break the previous rule.
• You will have to pay extra if you want to make your commission completely private, +25% of the total sum of the commission.
• Alternative variations will cost extra, somewhere between $20~70, it depends on the complexity.
• I do not accept split payment.
Commission Slots:
• I do not reserve slots.
• If you constantly take too long to reply to my messages, I'll begin working on another commission instead.
• If you’re taking way too long to communicate with me, you will lose your slot. This only applies for unpaid commissions.
Things I won’t draw:
• Female NSFW content (SFW is fine)
• Humans
• Many fetishes (Vore, Watersports, Scat, Gore, Hyper, Diapers, etc...)
• (If you’re in doubt or I haven’t mentioned a specific fetish, ask me.)
I have the right to decline a commission idea if:
• I don’t want to draw it.
• It’s too complex.
• It doesn't follow my terms of service.
• It’s being paid with a currency other than USD.
Refund:
• You must be 100% sure you want to get a commission with me, I do not issue refunds. Stripe and Paypal automatically converts the money into my currency (which is irreversible in my country) and automatically transfers it to my bank.
I am unable to undo this process.
Others:
• If you’ve read my terms of service, write “bigboyarcanine:V” to me when we’re chatting.
Prices

Per character in a drawing
└─ $50 sketch
└─ $75 greyscale
└─ $100 colored
Information:
• If you'd like a second character in the drawing, I'll charge the second character for half the price. But adding any more characters will be charged as the default price.
└─ Example: One colored drawing with 3 characters would be a sum of: $100 + $50 + $100
• Greyscale and colored drawings are fully shaded.
• The second character discount mentioned above only applies for ONE drawing.
Alternative versions:
• It depends, it'd be around $20~70 each depending on the complexity.
Private commission:
• If you'd like me to not upload your commission to my gallery, it'll costs +25% on top of the final price. But if you just want to remain anonymous, let me know and I won't tag you on the post.
